A letter has a name. It can also represent a sound in a word. Listen to the name and then the sound example.

U ↔ u umbrella This is a common sound, not the only sound this letter can represent. Find u in umbrella.

V ↔ v van This is a common sound, not the only sound this letter can represent. Find v in van.

W ↔ w web This is a common sound, not the only sound this letter can represent. Find w in web.

X ↔ x box Listen for x near the end of box. It represents two sounds here. Find x in box.
