1. Name and Address

- 8.3 For Outsiders: Respect staff, students, and villagers. No data sharing without permission. No political/religious promotions. No exploitation or misconduct. Dress modestly and professionally.
9. Disciplinary Action
- 9.1 Types of Violations: Minor: Absence, dress code. Moderate: Misuse of resources. Major: Harassment, corruption, violence.
- 9.2 Process:
- Complaint submission.
- Investigation by Ethics Committee.
- Show cause notice.
- Hearing and final decision.
- Penalties: Warning, suspension, termination, legal action.
- Appeal allowed within 10 days.

10. Amendments
